Allan Ndetto is a Business Analyst-Transaction and advisory with Rock Advisors, where he supports the Transaction Team in executing advisory mandates across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and project finance. He is aligned with conducting financial due diligence, building valuation models, preparing investment memoranda, and supporting deal execution across various sectors.

With a strong academic background in Financial Economics, Allan brings analytical rigor and a keen understanding of financial markets to his role. He is particularly driven to guide investment decisions and structure bankable transactions. Passionate about project finance and capital markets growth, Allan is gaining hands-on experience in navigating the complexities of structuring deals that balance investor appetite with sustainable development outcomes.

Tonny Blair is a dedicated Financial Analyst- Research at Rock Advisors, leveraging strong analytical skills, and a passion for finance and investments. Tonny excels in financial modelling, Fixed Income and Equity Investments, and financial statement analysis. He is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. He delivers actionable insights to support strategic financial decisions. Tonny holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the Technical University of Kenya, and he passed the CFA Level 2 exams.

Yegon Kipkoech Ismael is a finance and data science professional with a strong foundation in financial engineering and a passion for applying analytical thinking to real-world financial decision-making. He completed his undergraduate studies at JKUAT and has since focused on integrating finance with advanced analytics to generate meaningful insights.

He is a CFA Level II candidate, having successfully passed Level I, and holds the FMVA certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. In addition, he has completed training in data science and machine learning at Moringa School, equipping him with the ability to apply quantitative methods and predictive tools in financial modeling, investment analysis, and research.

His core strengths include financial modeling and valuation, data-driven investment analysis, research, and the application of machine learning to enhance financial decision-making. Maureen is the Group Communications Manager at Rock Advisory, where she leads group-wide communications, brand strategy, and public relations initiatives. She is responsible for shaping and delivering clear, consistent messaging across the organization, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and enhancing the firm’s visibility and reputation in the market. Her role supports business growth by aligning communications strategy with the firm’s commercial and institutional objectives.

With over a decade of experience in communications, marketing, and brand management, Maureen has played a key role in building strong brands, leading integrated campaigns, and advising leadership on communication strategies that drive long-term business impact. She has worked across multiple sectors, including finance, technology, manufacturing, and professional services, delivering measurable results in both corporate and consulting environments.

Prior to joining Rock Advisory, Maureen held senior communications and marketing roles in technology, agency, and consulting firms, where she led regional campaigns, managed high-value client portfolios, and supported organizations through brand transformation and growth initiatives.

She brings a strong background in strategic communications, public relations, and stakeholder management, complemented by a deep understanding of business development and corporate positioning.

Rhoda is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over five years of experience in regulatory compliance, contract management, legal advisory, and governance within the financial sector. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, qualifications that underpin her strong legal foundation and analytical capability.

Rhoda has also completed the Certified Secretaries (CS) course up to the advanced level and is well on her way to becoming a licensed Company Secretary. Her training in corporate secretarial practice strengthens her ability to support effective governance frameworks, ensure organizational compliance, and guide entities through complex regulatory landscapes.

CPA Lucas N. Muruthi is an accomplished finance professional with over 12 years of experience driving
financial strategy, reporting excellence, and operational performance across leading organizations in
East and Southern Africa.

He brings on board strong analytical depth, a collaborative business partnering approach, and the ability
to guide cross-functional teams toward data-driven decision-making. He has delivered impactful results
in roles within several industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce and consulting. His experience
ranges from setting up finance functions to leading finance strategy, financial and management
reporting, compliance, policy development, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi and is a certified Financial
Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA). He also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting
(DipIFR). Additionally, he is a CPA (K) and a member of ICPAK.

Dorry Kade is a Senior Analyst – Advisory at Rock Advisors where she supports the execution of high-impact corporate finance transactions across M&A, capital raising, project finance and strategic business advisory. She plays an integral role in developing advanced financial models, conducting due diligence, preparing investment materials and delivering market, sector and company-level insights that guide client decisions across Africa’s capital markets. She contributes to strategic client discussions and provides analytical support throughout deal processes.

Before joining Rock Advisors, Dorry spent over seven years at Metropol Credit Rating Agency, where she built deep expertise in credit risk analysis, financial modelling, industry research and debt structuring. She delivered comprehensive credit opinions, authored more than 40 industry and macroeconomic reports and evaluated debt financing transactions worth up to USD 20 million. She also led due diligence investigations, developed credit scoring frameworks for SMEs and contributed to national credit rating policy initiatives.

Dorry holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). She is currently pursuing the Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) designation and has completed multiple professional development programs in AI for finance, compliance and ethics.
