Bridgette Kariuki brings a wealth of experience in operations, investor relations, and business development. She began her career in human resources before transitioning to healthcare operations, where she oversaw the performance of nine branches at The Karen Hospital.

A founding team member at Rock Advisors, Bridgette has developed deep industry knowledge in corporate finance, commercial partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. Her strong coordination skills, operational acumen, and talent for building relationships make her instrumental in fostering strategic partnerships both locally and internationally.

Bridgette holds a Bachelor’s degree from Makerere University and an MBA from the United States International University – Africa.
