Dorry Kade is a Senior Analyst – Advisory at Rock Advisors where she supports the execution of high-impact corporate finance transactions across M&A, capital raising, project finance and strategic business advisory. She plays an integral role in developing advanced financial models, conducting due diligence, preparing investment materials and delivering market, sector and company-level insights that guide client decisions across Africa’s capital markets. She contributes to strategic client discussions and provides analytical support throughout deal processes.

Before joining Rock Advisors, Dorry spent over seven years at Metropol Credit Rating Agency, where she built deep expertise in credit risk analysis, financial modelling, industry research and debt structuring. She delivered comprehensive credit opinions, authored more than 40 industry and macroeconomic reports and evaluated debt financing transactions worth up to USD 20 million. She also led due diligence investigations, developed credit scoring frameworks for SMEs and contributed to national credit rating policy initiatives.

Dorry holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). She is currently pursuing the Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) designation and has completed multiple professional development programs in AI for finance, compliance and ethics.
