Isaac is an experienced Corporate Finance professional with over 7 years of experience across Finance, Accounting, and Internal Audit. He specializes in Transaction Advisory, including capital raising, financial due diligence, business valuations, financial modelling, and independent business reviews. Isaac has supported organizations in preparing for strategic transactions through structured financial analysis, investment readiness support, and advisory services, helping businesses and investors make informed financial and strategic decisions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information and Management and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA). Isaac is also currently pursuing the Certified Investments and Financial Analyst (CIFA) certification, having completed the Foundation and Intermediate Levels and currently undertaking the Advanced Level, further strengthening his expertise in investments and financial analysis.
